BLOW MOULDING

Automatic and semi-automatic blow-moulding lines producing PET and HDPE containers from 15ml to 30L with consistent wall thickness.

IN-HOUSE TOOLING

Custom moulds and neck finishes developed in-house, enabling bespoke shapes, sizes and closures for OEM clients.

QUALITY LAB

Every batch is checked for dimensions, weight, leak resistance and food-safety parameters before dispatch.

FOOD-GRADE MATERIALS

We use virgin, food-contact-approved resin — no recycled material in food-grade lines.

VERTICAL INTEGRATION

Our own water and home-care brands run on the same lines, giving us first-hand insight into real-world performance.
